Accounting Clerk 80 - 100%

Tasks

• Managing accounts payable and receivable
• Independently creating and sending customer invoices daily
• Daily monitoring and booking of incoming payments
• Checking and independently managing dunning processes
• Co-responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handling telephone and written enquiries regarding invoices and payments
• Daily distribution of incoming mail and organisation of outgoing mail
• Taking on various administrative tasks

Qualifications

• Commercial basic training (KV) and ideally further training in accounting
• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form. Good oral English and French skills are an advantage
• We are looking for a resilient, motivated, and goal-oriented person with a "can-do" attitude. You should approach challenges with commitment and have a good flair for numbers
