About the job
Shape the digital future of pricing at Brack.Alltron actively. In this key role, you take on real product responsibility for a strategically central area with direct impact on margin, competitiveness, and growth. You develop the vision and strategy for our pricing platforms and decide together with your cross-functional team which problems really need to be solved. In doing so, you connect product management, data, and technology and develop solutions from price recommendations to dynamic pricing and automated price decisions. If you want to do more than just manage requirements and want to achieve measurable impact, you will find plenty of room for creativity here.Product Lead Pricing
What to expect
- Responsibility for product vision, strategy, goals, and an outcome-oriented roadmap in the pricing area
- End-to-end responsibility from product discovery through delivery and rollout to adoption and continuous development
- Full product and backlog responsibility for a cross-functional Scrum team with software engineering, BI, and data science
- Close collaboration in tandem with the team lead engineering: you are responsible for the why and what, while the team lead controls the how
- Continuous discovery with user feedback, data, hypotheses, prototypes, and experiments to identify the most effective solutions
- Prioritisation of opportunities and initiatives based on business value, effort, and risk as well as development of well-founded business cases
- Further development of our pricing platform around price recommendations, repricing, dynamic pricing, price approvals, and B2B/B2C price calculation
- Management of product success through relevant metrics such as gross margin, price index, degree of automation, time-to-price, and price error rate
- Active stakeholder management and close collaboration with category management, commercial, finance, data, and IT
- Identification of new potentials around automation, machine learning, and AI for smarter and scalable pricing processes
What you bring
- Several years of experience in product management, including several years with real strategic product responsibility as product manager, senior product manager, or product lead
- Proven practice in developing product visions, strategies, and outcome-oriented roadmaps
- Solid experience in product discovery, for example with user interviews, problem validation, prototyping, hypotheses, and experiments
- Confident Scrum practice as a product manager with own backlog responsibility and active shaping of Scrum events
- Experience in the professional management of cross-functional product or development teams
- Ability to assess priorities and trade-offs based on data and to steer decisions on product metrics, business cases, and OKRs
- Technical understanding of system landscapes, interfaces, data models, and data-driven or algorithmic solutions
- Strong stakeholder management as well as pronounced communication, moderation, and persuasion skills
- Analytical, conceptual, and entrepreneurial thinking as well as enjoyment in translating complex contexts into concrete product decisions
- Experience with modern AI, ML, and LLM technologies; knowledge in pricing, revenue management, or other data-intensive business domains is a clear plus
