On behalf of our client, Novasina AG in Lachen SZ, we are immediately seeking a committed individual for technical purchasing (60–80%).

Novasina AG is an internationally active company that has been developing, producing, and distributing high-quality sensors and measuring instruments worldwide for over 60 years, specialising in the measurement of humidity, temperature, differential pressure, and water activity.

Technical Buyer Electrical Engineering 60-80%

Your tasks:

• Procure electronic components, circuit boards, assemblies; select and manage suppliers; negotiate contracts; ensure quality and delivery reliability
• Improve purchasing processes, maintain ERP data, and increase supply security
• Assess SMD placement systems, process control, production capacity, flexibility, and experience with comparable assemblies and prototypes
• Coordinate prototype production, sampling, and inspection with R&D and quality assurance; implement technical changes after approval

Your profile:

• Training in electronics/technical purchasing
• Several years of professional experience and understanding of technical purchasing, supplier selection, negotiation, contract design, and supplier development
• Solid knowledge of electronics, SMD production, and testing technology; experience with external assembly partners
• Confident handling of technical documents, ERP, and Excel; very good German & English
• Independent, structured, and implementation-oriented, with negotiation skills and a strong quality and cost awareness; your positive and personable manner contributes to a pleasant team collaboration
