Shape the future of data-driven mobility with us. As Product Owner of our reporting platform Diamond App, you work at the interface of product development, data analysis, and customer projects. You decide the direction of the platform and turn sensor data from train stations, cycle paths, and retail spaces into insights that advance cities and businesses.

Responsibilities

You lead the Diamond App:

• You are responsible for the roadmap, backlog, and releases of our BI and reporting platform.
• You design the user experience and decide where AI features provide real added value.

You make data understandable:

• You design dashboards and KPI reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• You analyse data from transport, retail, and infrastructure and derive concrete recommendations for our clients.

You are close to customers and technology:

• You support acquisition and key account management with your technical expertise.
• You specify and test data solutions up to acceptance.
• You further develop algorithms (e.g. map-matching, flow models) and ensure the quality of IoT sensor data.

Qualifications

You combine technical understanding with strong communication skills and mediate between development, analysis, and clients. You enjoy customer contact and prepare complex analyses in a way that convinces even non-experts. Specifically, you bring:

• A completed degree in business informatics, computer science, data science, or a related field
• Experience as a Product Owner in the BI or data environment and with agile methods as well as in specifying and testing data solutions, data models, and data pipelines
• Very good knowledge of Python, R, or SQL and BI tools (e.g. Superset, Power BI)
• Very good German and English skills; French is a plus
• Knowledge of statistics and traffic flow modelling as well as experience in technical sales support are advantageous
