In this responsible key position, you will take overall responsibility for our production areas and, together with your team, ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality production process. • Overall responsibility for the production of a team of 15–20 employees (bottling, glass, PET and aluminium teams as well as temporary staff) including budget and cost responsibility.
• Ensuring the performance, productivity, and availability of the equipment
• Guaranteeing product quality while complying with all quality, safety, and hygiene standards
• Resource planning (personnel, material, equipment) in daily coordination with scheduling and logistics
• Ensuring a smooth shift change including complete and structured information transfer

• Completed vocational training as a plant operator with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ) or comparable technical training
• Several years of leadership experience in a production company, preferably in the food or beverage industry
• Technical understanding, reliability, and quality awareness
• Teamwork skills and physical resilience
• You have very good oral and written German skills
