- Analysis and optimisation of business processes and organisations
- Development of specialist, solution, and digitalisation concepts
- Management and control of complex customer projects
- Support of transformation and change projects
- Evaluation of new technologies and digital solution approaches
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams
- Support of projects from analysis to implementation
- At least 5 years of experience in external IT or management consulting
- Experience in healthcare or public administration is an advantage
- Solid knowledge in project management and project leadership
- Experience in business analysis, process, and organisational development
- Good understanding of current IT technologies and digitalisation trends
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Fluent German skills (C2) and business fluent English skills (at least C1), any additional national language is an advantage
- High willingness to travel within Switzerland and readiness to work on-site

- Consulting on demanding IT and digitalisation projects- Analysis and optimisation of business processes and organisations
- Development of specialist, solution, and digitalisation concepts
- Management and control of complex customer projects
- Support of transformation and change projects
- Evaluation of new technologies and digital solution approaches
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary project teams
- Support of projects from analysis to implementation
Profile
- University degree from a University of Applied Sciences, ETH, or university, ideally in business informatics or computer science- At least 5 years of experience in external IT or management consulting
- Experience in healthcare or public administration is an advantage
- Solid knowledge in project management and project leadership
- Experience in business analysis, process, and organisational development
- Good understanding of current IT technologies and digitalisation trends
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Fluent German skills (C2) and business fluent English skills (at least C1), any additional national language is an advantage
