Business Application Consultant (Abacus) (m/f/d)
Role:
Successful implementations of business software happen where consulting and project management come together. This is exactly where the position of Business Application Consultant comes in. You accompany customers from project start to stable operation and keep effort, quality, and deadlines under control. For larger projects, you independently manage clearly defined subprojects. A growing company offers you space to shape processes and standards yourself.
Responsibilities:
You manage ERP projects through all phases, from initiation to acceptance
Within extensive projects, you lead subprojects and coordinate the involved roles
You gather requirements, review processes, and derive concrete solution concepts
Additionally, you provide ongoing customer support including training and second-level support
You also accompany testing, data migration, and go-live
Furthermore, you contribute to the development of procedural models and internal know-how
Qualifications:
You have a degree in business informatics, business administration, or industrial engineering, preferably with a professional certificate
Several years of experience in managing projects related to business standard software shape your career
Good knowledge of ERP modules such as accounting, payroll, or logistics is part of your toolkit
You quickly grasp new topics and keep an overview even with many tasks
Furthermore, you convince in customer dialogue through structured and clear communication
You are also fluent in spoken and written German; English is a plus
