Chef de Partie

• Your duties include the preparation and production of dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
• You assist with the plating at the menu station and are responsible for the meal distribution during the lunch service. This means you work at the front in the guest area, serve the food and replenish the buffets
• You communicate excellently and confidently with guests in German and English
• Coordination and organisation of food order delivery
• Your working style in system catering is efficient and precise.
• Additionally, you are responsible for cleanliness and order in the kitchen.
• You support the kitchen team with the inventory and assist with orders and stock management.

• Completed training as a cook (EFZ qualification) is a prerequisite
• Several years of professional experience in contract catering ideally
• Very good German skills (fluent), English an advantage
• Resilient, independent and flexible personality as a team player
• Accurate and efficient working style, service-oriented manner
