What you accomplish

• Ensure the follow-up, advice and development of the existing customer portfolio in the catering sector in Valais.
• Acquire new customers and strengthen Migros Industrie’s presence in the market within the assigned region.
• Plan and conduct customer visits with the company vehicle, while developing lasting and trustworthy customer relationships.
• Work closely with regional commercial partners in the catering sector in Valais to jointly develop the market and fully exploit its potential.
• Responsible for achieving defined targets in terms of turnover, profitability and growth.
• Collaborate closely with the internal sales department, marketing, category management and other specialised departments to ensure a coordinated and effective market approach.

What you bring

• Education: Completed professional apprenticeship (CFC)
• Specialisation: in the agri-food sector, hospitality and catering, retail trade or a similar sector.
• Professional experience: Several years of sales experience, ideally in the foodservice, catering or wholesale sector.
• Strong customer service orientation and client focus.
• You can convince through your interpersonal skills, negotiation sense and ability to successfully close deals.
• You know the catering sector well and ideally have an established network in Valais.
• You work independently, in a structured and goal-oriented manner.
• Your place of residence and work is in Valais.
• You are proficient with MS Office tools and comfortable using CRM systems.
