What you achieve
In our protected living area for people with dementia or in an open living area, you will take on the following tasks:- Professional and individual care and support of the residents based on the conceptual foundation of the model of promotive process care
- Planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures in compliance with the criteria of the nursing process and involving the affected residents and their relatives
- Co-creation of optimal interdisciplinary collaboration with all those involved in the care and support process
- Assuming shift responsibility in the department as well as overall responsibility for the house
- Careful and complete maintenance of nursing documentation
- Accurate recording of nursing and support services as well as the nursing and consumable materials used
What distinguishes you
- Completed professional training as a qualified nursing specialist (HF, FH, AKP, DNII, DNI, PSYKP) or equivalent diploma recognised by the SRK
- Experience in long-term care and working with elderly people
- User knowledge of the CareCoach software (nursing documentation) is an advantage
- Empathetic and resilient personality with a high level of commitment
- Very good written and spoken German skills
