Consultant ABACUS Software – Customer Service Center Area (a)

In this multifaceted and varied role, you will be an important contact person for our internal and external customers.

Your tasks

• Supporting the experienced support team in competent customer advice
• Solution-focused handling of customer enquiries by phone or email
• Coordination, relief, and substantive support of internal specialist departments for enquiries on technical topics, licence adjustments, change requests, and update projects
• Documentation of customer interactions in ticketing
• Support in creating training materials for customer support
• Proactive coordination and planning of necessary information and resources to implement change requests and support enquiries from our customers
• Participation in internal training and further education
• Participation in customer training

Your profile

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
• Experience in customer support, especially with ABACUS or comparable ERP software
• Affinity for accounting, IT/software, and business processes
• Structured and documented working method
• Quick comprehension as well as process- and solution-oriented thinking
• Team player and resilient
• Responsible, flexible, and reliable
• Strong customer orientation with polished manners
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
