Throughout all these years, we have specialised in traffic safety. We are divided into three areas: traffic service, exceptional transport escort, and signalling. Head of Traffic Service 60–100% (m/f)

Workplace: Unterentfelden / Canton of Aargau

What are your tasks?

• Leadership and further development of the traffic service area as well as the subordinate employees
• Responsibility for personnel and deployment planning in the traffic service
• Budget and cost responsibility for your own area
• Ensuring economical and efficient deployment and resource planning
• Support of existing customers as well as professional handling of customer concerns and orders
• Creation and further development of deployment, traffic, and safety concepts
• Planning, coordination, and quality assurance of demanding customer orders and projects
• Leadership, promotion, and professional development of employees
• Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and guidelines
• Close cooperation with management and other internal departments
• Active participation in operational traffic service when required

What do you bring with you?

• Several years of experience in traffic service
• Initial leadership experience or motivation to take on leadership responsibility
• Experience in personnel or deployment planning is an advantage
• Organisational talent, assertiveness, and sense of responsibility
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Willingness to undertake operational deployments and irregular working hours
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
