Internal Sales & Order Processing Clerk (80-100%)

• Recording, processing and monitoring customer orders
• Coordination and administrative support of orders from entry to completion
• Telephone and written support for customers and internal contacts
• Coordination with project management, technical department and other internal units
• Maintenance of order data, documentation and master data
• General administrative tasks in internal sales

• Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
• Experience in administration, order processing or internal sales is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Confident use of MS Office and ideally experience with ERP systems
• Structured, precise and independent working style
• Communicative, service-oriented and team-capable personality

• Versatile and responsible role in a future-oriented technical environment
• Close collaboration with various internal specialist departments
• Short communication channels and a varied working day
