For our PO Nänikon (Product Organisation), which is leading in the industrialisation and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, terminals, MFR force sensors, and circuit boards for the entire MT Group, we are looking for a committed person at the Nänikon-Greifensee site, the global operational headquarters of METTLER TOLEDO, as Unit HR Business Partner 80% - 100% (all genders). You are a member of the HR team of the WeighTec division and, together with another HR Business Partner, support the PO Nänikon. In this role, you will undertake the following activities: Member of the PO Nänikon leadership team; support and advise employees and managers in all HR processes, such as recruitment, care, remuneration, development, and release in the support area for around 350 employees; competent and active maintenance of relationships with supervisors in the support area; ensuring professional HR management to achieve the strategic business goals of the PO; co-design and implementation of change and transformation projects including workshop moderation; implementation of occupational health management (prevention, absence and case management); collaboration with HR Service Delivery and other HR competence areas; participation and responsibility in local HR projects; deputising and collaboration with division-responsible Unit HR Business Partner WeighTec.
