Your typical day
- Strategic & operational co-responsibility: Together with the Business Process Owner, you drive forward the digital production and logistics processes in the Sapphire project (Smart Factory)
- Overall project and interface management: You take overall responsibility for scope, costs, schedule as well as resource and deadline management, coordinating project goals and roadmaps with others
- Coordinate core projects: You manage the core projects "Plan-to-Produce", "Enable-to-Operate" and "Inbound-to-Delivery" and ensure coordination with adjacent projects
- Leadership & control: You lead the project managers of the subprojects, the project office and external service providers as well as suppliers in a targeted manner
- Reporting & change: You keep the board and steering committee transparently informed and actively support the organisation in change management
- Governance: You are responsible for compliance with security, architecture and process guidelines (Standard-First, Clean-Core)
Your profile
- Education & experience: Solid education (FH/University) in business informatics, mechanical engineering or comparable fields as well as many years of experience in project and programme management of complex Industry 4.0 projects
- Industry know-how: Very good understanding of modern production, supply chain and logistics processes as well as sound knowledge of smart factory and IT/OT architectures
- Methodology & certification: Ideally certifications in project management (e.g. IPMA, PMI, PMP, Scrum Master) and confident handling of hybrid project methods
- Technical requirements & tools: Proven practical experience with common project management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project) as well as understanding of MES, warehouse management and ERP systems
- Leadership & social skills: Strong role model, strong negotiation skills, assertiveness as well as a structured, conceptual hands-on mentality
- Implementation and interface competence: Proven experience in implementing digital strategies, holistic ICT solutions across system boundaries as well as strength in analysing and managing dependencies between systems, processes and organisational units
