Ensuring platform operation of ServiceNow On-Premise as well as performing upgrades, clones and technical developments.
Design and implementation of stories according to operational requirements and project specifications.
Development of workflows, automations and integrations in collaboration with specialist teams and customers.
Handling complex requests in 2nd and 3rd level support for ServiceNow.
Collaboration with external implementation partners within the scope of larger projects.
Qualifications:
Solid knowledge in ITSM, CMDB/CSDM, ITOM/Discovery as well as integrations via REST, LDAP, SSO and MID Server.
Several years of practical experience in ServiceNow administration and development; IT education as well as CSA or other ServiceNow certifications are advantageous.
Very good knowledge of JavaScript; experience with Bash, PowerShell and SQL is desirable.
Knowledge of ServiceNow cloud migrations, Ansible, Terraform, Microsoft Azure or MariaDB is an advantage.
Customer-oriented, independent and responsible working style as well as team and learning ability; fluent written and spoken German.
