About the job

Your Tasks

• Telephone contact with existing or potential customers
• Presentation of products or services (depending on the project)
• Friendly communication and advice
• Recording of conversation notes in the system

What You Bring

• Completed secondary school leaving certificate (gap year, before university, travel, etc.)
• Very good spoken knowledge of Swiss German (mandatory)
• French skills are an advantage, but not required
• Enjoyment of communication and telephone work
• Willingness to learn, reliability and motivation
• No prior knowledge necessary – you will be trained

What We Offer You

• Fixed hourly wage (no commission system, no bonuses)
• Structured introduction and training
• Shift work with clear working hours: Early shift: 08:00–17:00 Late shift: 13:00–20:00 Mandatory: 2 late shifts per week Availability on 2 Saturdays per month from 09:00–12:00
