Your area of responsibility

• You are responsible for stable, economical and compliant IT business services for the current and future utility platform. You conduct rule-based business service reviews and are responsible for economic operations.
• As a connecting element between business and operations, you accompany projects and are responsible for the orderly transfer of new or changed services into operation.
• You coordinate the further development of business services and bring together requirements from the business with technical possibilities.
• Together with internal teams and external partners, you ensure that disruptions are dealt with promptly and sustainable solutions are implemented.
• For governance requirements and audits, you coordinate the parties involved and accompany the resulting measures.
• With a view to customer satisfaction, quality and cost-effectiveness, you strategically manage budgets, costs, contracts and agreed services.

Your strengths

• You bring several years of experience in managing business-critical IT business services and working with operations teams.
• You are familiar with IT service management and have practical experience with ITIL as well as incident, problem and change management.
• You bring different stakeholders together in a binding manner and create viable solutions between business, IT and external partners.
• You work independently and well organised and keep an overview even in an environment where not everything is yet defined.
• Experience with budgets, contracts, service providers or audits complements your profile; knowledge of the utility or energy sector is an advantage.
• With empathy, a convincing manner and good German skills, you support collaboration and actively help shape the development of the new services.
