What impact can I make?

Currently, we are managing too many great projects – so your start will be as exciting as it is steep: get to know our team and the key processes (concept, estimation, development), familiarise yourself with the requirements of a specific project – and, closely supported by us, bring it to fruition.

Before long, you will be the primary contact person and the face of Helga to selected clients. This also makes you their advocate: you primarily fight for their interests. But you also tell them when something is unrealistic, oversized or under-ambitious.

You know your clients’ projects inside out: when they call, you can also provide information on technical topics; this also relieves our developers.

Clients have wishes – you receive them, define solutions together with the team, explain costs to clients, present alternatives, make decisions – and give your all to make these come true.

We get up in the morning to make the world a tiny bit more user-friendly, efficient and thus better that day. To have learned something by the evening and spent a good time together.

We do this as a (soon to be 12-strong with you) Bernese digital agency by developing solutions that challenge us, again and again, with the highest demands on technology and design.

And with the goal of delighting users – and blowing clients away.

Who are you looking for?

In short: With your organisational and communication talent, you successfully bring complex web projects across the finish line and make our clients happy in the long term.

More precisely: Together with our team of Project Managers, you keep our numerous projects under control.

Specifically: You…

• work out offers together with the team,
• schedule your projects and coordinate them with other project managers,
• conduct project controlling,
• ensure that our processes are followed and that the various teams (developers, concept, design) are coordinated,
• communicate updates transparently and purposefully internally and externally,
• bring the right people together during the project to discuss problems and solutions jointly and move our projects forward,
• help test our solutions before they go to clients, and
• support our clients with questions or concerns.

What do you expect from me?

Honestly: just the combination of two contradictions. You are enthusiastic, a people person – and at the same time structured.

Technical background

Even though we are an incredibly human digital agency: we are passionate about digital solutions. Behind them are technologies. Servers, markup, databases, content management systems – you know what these are, you feel at home there. And if not, you won’t give up until you do.

Enthusiasm

You love what digital solutions can achieve. You want to learn quickly from daily changing challenges. You are ambitious and thrive on high goals.

People

You are good with people, inspire them and find the right tone even in delicate situations. You know that a good team also means work and feel jointly responsible for it.

But also: You work in a structured and precise way, are organised and like numbers. Your German is correct even without AI; you express yourself clearly – and remain warm-hearted.
