Specialist in Occupational Health Management (BGM) and Case Management (CM) 60%

Your Tasks

• Support and further development of structured Case Management in the area of employees
• Leading a sustainable Occupational Health Management
• Planning and implementation of measures in the area of absence management
• Advising employees after illness or accident and during professional reintegration
• Clarifications with insurance companies (daily sickness benefits, pension fund, etc.)
• Determining the need for further training/education in collaboration with personnel development
• Member of the internal ASGS commission (Occupational Safety and Health Protection)

Your Profile

• Further training in Case Management and/or occupational health management
• Professional experience in HR, Case Management and/or absence management
• Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
• Very good communication skills and proven advisory competence
• Empathetic and collegial personality with networked thinking and negotiation skills
