Your Tasks
- Support and further development of structured Case Management in the area of employees
- Leading a sustainable Occupational Health Management
- Planning and implementation of measures in the area of absence management
- Advising employees after illness or accident and during professional reintegration
- Clarifications with insurance companies (daily sickness benefits, pension fund, etc.)
- Determining the need for further training/education in collaboration with personnel development
- Member of the internal ASGS commission (Occupational Safety and Health Protection)
Your Profile
- Further training in Case Management and/or occupational health management
- Professional experience in HR, Case Management and/or absence management
- Good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
- Very good communication skills and proven advisory competence
- Empathetic and collegial personality with networked thinking and negotiation skills
