Tasks
Manage digital building systems: You operate and manage technical and digital building systems. This includes in particular the electronic locking and access system, the fire alarm system, as well as other technical safety installations.
Design workplaces and infrastructure: You assist in the setup and adjustment of workplaces, meeting rooms and shared areas. You coordinate the necessary work during internal relocations and infrastructural changes and lend a hand.
Technically supervise and maintain buildings: You monitor buildings and technical infrastructure, identify faults and resolve them independently. If necessary, you involve internal specialist departments or external service providers.
Ensure transport and materials: You organise transport and logistics tasks between our locations. In addition, you manage operational and infrastructure materials, place orders, check deliveries and ensure appropriate storage.
Coordinate and document work: You coordinate work with employees, specialist departments and external service providers. You reliably document orders, faults, inspections and completed work in the designated systems.
Profile
Experience: You bring practical experience in operational maintenance, building management, technical operations or a comparable environment. You have technical understanding, manual skills and work confidently with digital tools.
Personality: You work independently, reliably and carefully, set priorities and keep an overview even with changing tasks. You are service-oriented, communicative, enjoy working in a team and are hands-on.
Education: You have a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) in operational maintenance, building technology, electrical/installation technology or a comparable technical or commercial-technical field. A category B driving licence is required.
Language: You communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing, and can convey technical and organisational matters clearly and appropriately for the audience.
