HR Business Partner

Your main tasks

• Comprehensive support of employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle (from entry to exit) in the assigned areas
• Advising and supporting managers as well as employees in all HR-related matters
• Independent management of the recruitment process - from job analysis to contract conclusion
• Ensuring professional HR support in the areas of personnel development, employee discussions, change processes, and labour law issues
• Promoting sustainable employee development and high employee satisfaction as well as ensuring effective HR support for business units including HR administration
• Responsible for the operational implementation and continuous development of digital HR solutions
• Responsible for organising and supporting apprentices and ensuring smooth training operations together with the training supervisors

Your profile

• Completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or comparable further training with a focus on HR
• Several years of experience in recruitment, vocational training, support, process optimisation, and HR tools
• Communicative and advisory competent, creative, trustworthy, and service-oriented personality with a digital flair and high social competence
• Solution-oriented, independent, and high-performing working style with interconnected thinking
