We are looking for a specialist for the further development and operation of an ERP landscape. The focus is on analysing and implementing requirements, participating in ERP projects as well as 1st and 2nd level support. Additionally, users are trained and internal as well as external contacts are coordinated. Good SQL skills and experience with ERP systems are particularly important.
Responsibilities:
You continuously develop ERP solutions, processes and workflows.
You analyse requirements from the specialist departments and develop suitable solutions.
You participate in IT projects related to the ERP landscape.
You support users in 1st and 2nd level support.
You train employees on new or adapted functions.
You work closely with specialist departments, system managers and external partners.
Qualifications:
You have a qualification as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT specialist EFZ or a comparable qualification.
You have experience with ERP systems and ideally with eNVenta.
You have experience in IT support and good knowledge of the Windows environment.
You have very good SQL skills.
You understand business processes and can support them technically.
You work independently, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
You are service-oriented and enjoy communicating with users and specialist departments.
You have very good German skills; French is a plus.
