Do you want to do more than just administer, but personally support employees and managers, take responsibility and bring your experience into a professional HR team? Then this position could be just right for you. As an HR Generalist (a) you take on a versatile role within an internationally successful Swiss industrial company. You move between operational personnel work, consulting, administration and HR projects and are an important contact person for employees and managers.
Your tasks
- Support of employees and managers in all operational HR matters along the entire employee lifecycle
- Independent handling of entries, changes and exits as well as other personnel administrative processes
- Advice and support for managers on labour law, organisational and personnel issues
- Active participation in HR projects as well as in the further development of existing processes and HR instruments
- Support with payroll-related matters and ensuring a smooth interface to payroll processing
- Preparation of HR key figures, evaluations and reports
- Active support within the HR team – straightforward, flexible and wherever support is currently needed
Your profile
You have several years of experience in a comparable HR role and know operational personnel management from practice. Ideally, you have further training as an HR specialist with a Swiss federal certificate or a comparable qualification. You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, communicate confidently with employees and managers and convince with a pronounced hands-on mentality. Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
