Then this could be your next career step.
For an established Swiss company, we are looking for a personality who understands HR not only as a function but as an important driver for the organisation. A role with plenty of scope for design, direct exchange with management and the opportunity to really build and further develop something.
These are your tasks
- You further develop the HR strategy and turn it into concrete, effective solutions
- You are a sparring partner for the CFO and management and actively bring your HR expertise into entrepreneurial decisions
- You lead and develop a four-person HR team across two locations
- You initiate important HR projects and successfully bring them to completion together with internal and external partners
- You further develop processes, systems and leadership tools, making HR fit for the future
- You are responsible for HR controlling, key figures, reporting and budget processes
- You ensure professional HR processes along the entire employee lifecycle
- You take the lead on labour law issues, payroll and social security and ensure professional implementation
- You effectively drive topics such as talent management, succession planning and employer branding
- You shape internal HR communication and make HR visible within the company
What we expect from you
- You have at least six years of experience in a comparable HR leadership role and want to take the next step or further expand your existing responsibility
- You have solid HR education and further training
- German or French is your mother tongue and you are fluent in the other language (must-have)
- Swiss labour law as well as payroll and social security are familiar territory for you
- You lead clearly, appreciatively and situationally and know how to inspire people for common goals
- You think strategically, act entrepreneurially and at the same time have the necessary pragmatism for implementation
- You communicate confidently and move securely at all hierarchical levels
- You are structured, prioritise skilfully and keep an overview even when several topics are running simultaneously
- You are confident with HR key figures, MS Office and ERP systems such as Abacus and PEP
- Experience in organisational and personnel development is a plus
- You enjoy being personally on site and are happy to occasionally travel to Western Switzerland
You can look forward to this company culture and benefits
- A key HR position with direct access to the CFO and management
- Plenty of freedom to contribute ideas, help shape decisions and sustainably develop HR
- Two days home office per week for a contemporary combination of flexibility and personal exchange
- A varied range of tasks with strategic altitude and at the same time close proximity to operational business
- An environment where initiative, responsibility and solution-oriented thinking are required
- Attractive employment conditions and benefits
- Modern, centrally located workplaces in Zurich and Western Switzerland with very good public transport connections
- The chance to actively shape an HR organisation and make a visible impact
About your new employer
You will become part of an established Swiss company operating in a security-relevant environment and thus playing an important role for the economy and society.
The organisation is present in German-speaking and Western Switzerland and has an HR team of five employees. You will take on a central leadership role and have the opportunity to strategically further develop the HR organisation together with your team.
What awaits you in particular: a professional environment with short communication paths, a lot of responsibility and direct exchange with the CFO. Your perspective is sought – both when it comes to strategic HR topics and when pragmatic solutions are required.
Do you want to move HR rather than just talk about it? Then we should get to know each other.
