For the further development and successful management of our branch office in Pfäffikon SZ, we are looking for a committed and entrepreneurial-minded individual as Head of Branch Office. In this key role, you will actively shape the development of the location and take responsibility for demanding mandates in condominium ownership.

Your tasks

• Establishing, leading, and further developing the Pfäffikon SZ branch office
• Responsibility for the professional support of condominium owners' associations
• Leading and moderating owners' meetings as well as preparing well-founded decision-making bases
• Advising owners, committees, and other stakeholders on organisational, technical, and legal matters
• Coordinating maintenance, renovation, and renewal projects
• Managing external specialists, craft businesses, and other partners
• Ensuring transparent communication and consistent implementation of decisions made
• Responsibility for budgeting, cost control, and administrative processes of the managed mandates
• Building long-term customer relationships and actively contributing to the further development of the business area
• Leading, developing, and strategically expanding the team at the location

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in the management of condominium ownership or in a comparable real estate function
• Further education in the real estate sector, for example as a property manager with a Swiss federal diploma, or an equivalent qualification
• Strong interest in constructional, technical, and legal contexts
• Experience in leading employees and enjoyment of entrepreneurial responsibility
• Excellent communication and moderation skills in dealing with various stakeholders
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Good digital user skills and openness to modern, digital work processes
• Residence in the left Zurich Lake region or willingness to network in the region
