About the job

Profile. Berufsvorbereitungsjahr Winterthur is a 1-year public bridging programme for young people aged 15 to 21 who have not found an apprenticeship after compulsory schooling, for whom career choice is still too early, or who have only recently arrived in Switzerland. Profile. supports learners during 32 lessons per week in career orientation, apprenticeship search, and prepares them both professionally and cross-disciplinarily for entering the workforce. Due to the anticipated increased demand, we are looking for a computer science teacher for the Grüze location. The workload is 8 to 16 lessons per week. Our team looks forward to strengthening with you at the start of the 2026/2027 school year.

Your Tasks

General education teaching in computer science

Consolidating the use of the Office programmes Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Your Profile

Teaching certificate for lower or upper secondary level or completed university of applied sciences

Computer science and Office skills

Pedagogical training or willingness to complete it

Interest in and enjoyment of working with young people and young adults

Teamwork skills, resilience, flexibility, openness
