For our team in the IT department, we are looking for an IT Supporter in Gümligen (BE) to start immediately or by arrangement. The position is initially fixed-term until the end of 2027.

Action is required - your tasks

• You support our employees in 1st and 2nd level support and analyse as well as efficiently and sustainably resolve hardware and software faults.
• You assist in the analysis and integration of new companies into our existing IT landscape and ensure smooth incorporation.
• You install, configure, maintain and manage client systems, peripheral devices and mobile devices.
• You monitor, operate and optimise our IT infrastructure and ensure stable and secure operation.
• You analyse faults, systematically rectify errors and document your solutions comprehensibly.

The perfect dossier does not exist. However, with these qualities you are well prepared to meet your task.

• You have completed a commercial or technical basic education (EFZ), ideally with a focus on IT or ICT.
• You bring several years of practical experience in the operation, administration and support of IT infrastructures as well as modern workplace and client management solutions.
• You have confident German language skills and can communicate in English and French.
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working help you to solve complex challenges methodically and continuously improve processes.
• You are a resilient, service-oriented personality with good manners and keep an overview even in hectic situations.
