Three companies, 140 employees – and an IT that connects. The Markus Flühmann AG, AVA Verlagsauslieferung AG and Oeschger Verpackungsservice AG together form our corporate group in Merenschwand. We offer a wide range of services around logistics, publishing distribution and packaging.

We consolidate our IT infrastructures and develop them together. Much has already been implemented, further steps are still pending. We work closely with an external IT provider and want to strengthen our internal IT team. For this, we are looking for you: With your extensive expertise and joy in helping, you support the employees of all three companies, question existing solutions and actively contribute to improvements. You can expect diverse tasks and short decision-making paths.

You ensure reliable IT operations and support our employees with technical questions and problems. With Windows 11, Intune, Monitoring, Ticketing, Hyper-V, Azure Local & Co., you keep our IT systems on course, detect faults early and find sustainable solutions.

Your environment:

• Windows 11, M365

• Windows Server and Linux

• Android MDE

• Microsoft Terminal Server, Azure.local (Azure Virtual Desktop)

• Hyper-V, VMWare Cluster

• Applications: AAABS, OptiBuch, EOS-Mail

• Printers (NRG, HP, Zebra)

• Network: Fortinet (Firewall, Access Points)

Your profile:

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ and several years of experience in IT support

• Reliable, independent and committed working style

• Enjoyment in contact with users and the ability to explain technical contexts simply and understandably

• A structured and solution-oriented approach – even when several requests arrive simultaneously

• Curiosity about new technologies and great motivation to actively contribute to our integration project

Your tasks:

• User support via ticketing system and telephone

• Monitoring and supervision with WhatsUP Gold, PRTG

• Monitoring the IT security landscape (TrendMicro Vision One)

• Ensuring smooth IT operations in the mentioned environment

• Backup control and restore

• Maintaining the M365 environment (Intune, Entra-ID, Exchange Online etc.)
