What you bring

• Several years of experience in HR, qualification as an HR specialist with a federal certificate desirable
• Passion for recruitment
• Cheerful, motivated, empathetic, and very independent personality
• High communication skills combined with a strong service orientation
• Curiosity, interest, and digital affinity
• Driver's license category B and mobility advantageous

What to expect

• Responsible for the entire recruitment process within the area of responsibility
• Sparring partner for line managers on personnel-related and labor law topics
• Support and advice during interviews
• Preparation of work certificates
• Personnel remuneration / salary classification / controlling of position master data
