What you bring
- Several years of experience in HR, qualification as an HR specialist with a federal certificate desirable
- Passion for recruitment
- Cheerful, motivated, empathetic, and very independent personality
- High communication skills combined with a strong service orientation
- Curiosity, interest, and digital affinity
- Driver's license category B and mobility advantageous
What to expect
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process within the area of responsibility
- Sparring partner for line managers on personnel-related and labor law topics
- Support and advice during interviews
- Preparation of work certificates
- Personnel remuneration / salary classification / controlling of position master data
