Are you looking for a varied role with field service assignments and direct customer contact? Here you take on responsibility: You deliver payment orders, carry out seizures and resolve issues at the counter or on site. You work with various stakeholders and gain exciting insights into legal procedures.

Your tasks

• Serve customers at the counter, by phone and in the field (debtors, creditors, employers, etc.)
• Deliver payment orders and debt enforcement documents
• Announce and execute seizures, on site and at the official premises
• Prepare accounts and monitor incoming payments

Your profile

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training with several years of professional experience
• Very good oral and written expression in German (C1) and French (at least B2)
• Independent and responsible personality with organisational talent
• Confident manner and good assertiveness
• Driving licence including car for field service assignments
• Impeccable reputation (no debt enforcement proceedings)
