Would you like to specifically apply your HR consulting experience in an interim assignment? As an HR Consultant, you quickly take on responsibility and support our client in the coming months!

For a larger company in the Olten metropolitan area, we are looking for a committed individual as HR Consultant 80-100% to start immediately or by arrangement. The position is initially temporary for 4 months, starting immediately or by arrangement. The workplace is easily accessible by car as well as by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer:

• You competently advise managers and employees on all HR and labour law issues and contribute to the successful implementation of modern HR strategies
• You take responsibility in various HR projects, optimise existing processes and bring in your own innovative ideas
• You independently conduct coaching sessions and internal training and thus support the professional and personal development of employees and managers
• In payroll matters, you competently advise employees and managers, provide support in payroll processing if necessary, and ensure the proper implementation of payroll-relevant processes.

You offer your new employer:

• You hold the Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence in the HR field; additional training at CAS, MAS or EMBA level is an advantage
• You bring several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner and have sound knowledge of labour law as well as in advising managers
• Knowledge and experience in personnel development, HR controlling and project management as well as interest in current and modern HR topics complete your professional skills
• You think entrepreneurially, act on your own initiative and approach changes openly
