Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your Tasks

Ensuring correct payroll processing for the assigned companies
Management and maintenance of personnel master and payroll data in Navision - Swiss Salary
Supporting line managers with questions regarding payroll and social security
Assisting with year-end tasks (salary round, pension fund, compensation office, AHV etc.) as well as salary revisions
Collaborating on the reconciliation of social security accounts
Preparing statistics
Further development and optimisation of payroll processes
Participation in HR projects

What You Bring

Further training in Human Resources or social security
Several years of experience in a similar role, enriching your professional background with payroll know-how
High organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a dynamic environment
Good numerical flair and understanding of the connections between payroll, HR and financial accounting, taking legal aspects into account
You have a strong customer focus, work independently and can share your knowledge well with others
