Lead IT Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

Technical and personnel leadership of a team of 8 system engineers as well as ensuring efficient collaboration
Planning and management of IT infrastructure projects for new and existing customers
Promotion of the team’s professional development and conducting regular employee appraisals and team meetings
Design, implementation, and optimisation of modern Microsoft infrastructures
Coordination of technical topics around Windows, M365, Azure, virtualisation, backup, network, and security
Qualifications:
Completed training in IT systems engineering with several years of professional experience or higher technical education
Initial or several years of experience in a leadership or team management role and interest in further leadership responsibility
Solid knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualisation
Experience with backup solutions, networks, firewalls, and IT security
Very good German and English skills as well as a driving licence category B
