To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced individual who competently advises our key customers, analyses processes, and ensures successful implementation.

Your role with us

• You advise our major customers on the introduction, optimisation, and further development of the Abacus software
• Together with your customers, you analyse existing business processes, identify optimisation potentials, and develop practical solution concepts
• You gather requirements, design the optimal implementation, and configure the Abacus solution according to customer needs
• You independently lead customer projects or sub-projects and coordinate implementation together with internal and external stakeholders
• You conduct workshops, user training sessions, and presentations, accompanying your customers from conception to successful go-live
• As a competent contact person, you also support your customers after implementation in continuous optimisation and the use of new functions

What you bring

• Several years of professional experience (for example in finance and accounting, payroll/HR, or a role in a value-adding area) as well as a solid understanding of business processes
• Good to very good user knowledge of Abacus, whether in modules from the value-adding area (e.g. ABEA), in finance and accounting (FIBU/DEBI), or in payroll/HR
• Experience in analysing and optimising business processes and enjoyment in developing customer-oriented solutions
• A commercial education supplemented by further training (HF, FH or federal professional certificate) or a comparable qualification
• A confident manner, a strong advisory and service orientation, and enjoyment of direct customer contact
• An independent, structured working style and the motivation to take responsibility in customer projects
• Willingness to collaborate across locations
