Specialist in Change Management
This is your contribution
We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Specialist in Change Management for our Culture & Organisation team. You accompany leaders, teams, and organisational units in development and change processes and strengthen a culture of collaboration that is aligned with SRG’s vision, mission, and values. A particular focus is on supporting culture and organisational development within the framework of SRG’s transformation. In doing so, you combine a common national framework with regional needs and shape the implementation with the involved parties.
Within the Culture & Organisation team, you will be particularly engaged in the following topics:
- You accompany change projects within the framework of the transformation and design appropriate change measures
- You advise and empower leaders, project managers, and HR partners in dealing with changes
- You design and moderate culture, team, and organisational developments and strengthen leadership and collaboration
- You analyse change needs and risks, review the impact of measures, and derive improvements
- You promote networking across language regions and departmental boundaries and make successful approaches and experiences usable for others
This is what excites us about you
- Several years of professional experience in culture and organisational development as well as solid experience in designing and accompanying complex change initiatives
- A university degree in organisational psychology, psychology, business administration, or a comparable qualification, supplemented by further training in organisational development, systemic consulting, or change management
- Systemic thinking ability as well as the capacity to analyse complex contexts and translate them into effective solutions
- High initiative, strong consulting and communication skills, and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
- Very good German and French skills, good knowledge of another national language is an advantage
