For an established company in the field of civil engineering and infrastructure in the Bern region, we are looking for a committed and professionally skilled individual with experience in tender processing and estimation. In this versatile role, you will analyse tenders, assess technical requirements, and prepare economically convincing offers.
Estimator in Civil Engineering (80-100%)
Your Tasks
- Analysis and evaluation of construction plans, specifications, and tender documents
- Preparation of offer and project calculations as well as price comparisons
- Development of technical and economic quotations in close collaboration with internal specialist departments
- Support sales with customer enquiries, pricing, and offer negotiations
- Maintenance and updating of price lists as well as monitoring market and cost developments
Your Profile
- Completed technical or commercial training, preferably in construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure
- Experience in estimation, offer processing, or technical project management
- Confident handling of technical plans, tenders, and specifications
- Strong numerical understanding as well as an analytical and structured working style
- Interest in AI applications, very good Excel skills; SAP experience is an advantage
- Good German and French language skills and residence in the Bern region
