For the adolescent psychotherapy ward at the Klinik Schlosstal location in Winterthur, we are looking for you
Social Pedagogue HF/FH 70 - 80%
These are your tasks
- Inpatient care, support and promotion of adolescents
- Day-to-day key worker role in close interprofessional collaboration
- Work with relatives including family discussions
- Implementation of the social pedagogical treatment process
- Leading milieu therapeutic groups
- Co-design and implementation of the further development of the youth psychiatric offer
What you bring with you
- Degree in social pedagogy (HF/FH/Uni) (recognition certificate for foreign diplomas)
- High integration ability, social and personal competence, resilience as well as humour
- Experience in the youth psychiatric setting is an advantage
