Sales Support Officer Industrial Sector (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you are responsible for commercial order processing and operational support of industrial customers. You coordinate internal processes from the quotation phase to delivery and handle customer-related business transactions in an international environment.
Responsibilities:
As a contact person, you look after a fixed customer base and coordinate ongoing concerns.
You prepare quotation evaluations to assess closing rates, order developments, and customer revenues.
For delivery dates, you coordinate with the responsible departments for production and capacity planning.
You enter customer orders into the ERP system and check the commercial as well as technical details.
You coordinate price clarifications and product details with the procurement and design departments.
You handle complaints and returns until final resolution and issue necessary credit notes.
You update customer, price, and forecast data and implement improvements in the supported service processes.
Qualifications:
Technical basic education with supplementary commercial training.
Several years of experience in industrial sales support or commercial customer service in a manufacturing company.
Good business management knowledge.
Confident use of CRM and ERP solutions as well as very good MS Office skills.
Fluent German and English.
Knowledge of international trade and an understanding of export-related requirements are desirable.
Independent, precise working style and a good understanding of cross-departmental processes.
