Your Area of Responsibility: You ensure that the classical foundations & family compensation funds operating in the Canton of Bern comply with legal regulations. Your main tasks are:
- Review of annual reports with assessment of legality and regularity
- Identification and handling of risk cases
- Answering technical questions
- Ordering supervisory measures
- Participation in the further development of supervisory practices and business processes
- Engagement in professional working groups and at information events for classical foundations
Your Profile: You have advanced training in finance and accounting, fiduciary services, or an equivalent qualification. In addition, you bring sound knowledge and practical experience in the preparation and/or audit of annual financial statements, especially in the area of foundations. Analytical thinking as well as very good oral and written communication skills are among your strengths. A high quality awareness, a strong affinity for numbers, and an independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style are a matter of course for you. You enjoy analysing issues related to the accounting standards OR and Swiss GAAP FER as well as interdisciplinary collaboration with the legal team. You speak German or French and have good knowledge of the other language.
