In our pilot plants, we carry out the scale-up of processes from process development into our cGMP pilot plants. You are jointly responsible for the flawless, precise, and timely fulfilment of orders in our piloting and work closely with the process development teams.

Your responsibilities
- Independent execution of new chemical processes in our pilot and small-scale plant as well as in the kilo laboratory based on operating procedures in compliance with cGMP/ISO guidelines
- Observing, monitoring, and recording the process steps
- Optimising new and existing processes after consultation and instruction by the plant manager
- Carrying out simple conversion and maintenance work in the plant
- Possible involvement in the training of apprentices
Your profile
- Completed training as a Chemical and Pharmaceutical Technologist EFZ / Chemical Operator or professional experience at the technical, piloting, or production scale of a chemical company
- Knowledge of cGMP and ISO9001:2000 is an advantage
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Initiative, flexible and performance-ready personality
- Interest in new things, technical skill, good powers of observation, reliable, precise, and clean working method
