System Technician for Microsoft Platforms and ICT Services (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Design and implementation of ICT projects with a focus on Microsoft-based system landscapes.
Technical support of the entire infrastructure across clients, servers, and network components as well as further development of existing solutions through automation and standardisation.
Analysis of system-technical issues, expert advice to customers, and support in ongoing assistance.
Optimisation of existing environments with the aim of simplifying technical processes and creating sustainably maintainable solutions.
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science with several years of practical experience in the field of system technology.
Sound knowledge of Windows Server 2019/2022/2025 and Windows 11 as well as experience with AD and MS Exchange.
Confident handling of Microsoft cloud services Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.
Independence, reliability, and precise working methods are expected, as well as commitment, strong service orientation, and enjoyment of varied tasks. Sociability and teamwork complete the profile.
A category B driving licence as well as fluent written and spoken German are prerequisites.
