People Consulting – As initiators and pioneers for all topics concerning people and organisations, we advise our clients on all strategic questions regarding the realignment of an efficient and effective organisational structure and processes, as well as the design of targeted remuneration and control instruments – we ensure that our clients are optimally positioned strategically, structurally and operationally.
We are currently looking for reinforcement for our Zurich location!

What to expect

• What is the actual problem? – For this, we conduct organisational analyses (e.g. FTE, processes, structures, skills) and benchmarking in the HR environment, develop solutions based on data-driven evidence, place them in the appropriate context and formulate clear recommendations for action – from data analytics to due diligence, everything is included. We also offer numerous interfaces to exciting projects in the areas of performance management and compensation.
• How do we find solutions? – We place great emphasis on conception. We optimise operating models (e.g. organisational structures, processes, roles, etc.), talent management, workforce transformation, HR IT, M&A processes and carve-outs as well as remuneration structures. Everything that concerns people and organisations is taken care of by us!
• How do we do it? – Through project work! We act as a team and everyone must take on conceptual and operational tasks in projects. Whether it is the preparation of board documents for organisational transformation, the development of an HR strategy or targeted project management.
• How do we stay innovative? – By conducting research, engaging with relevant and future-oriented topics, developing studies and concept papers, and continuously optimising our approaches and services.

What is important to us

• Problem Solving: We are a consultancy, so you should have an interest in analytical, data-driven questions and new trends as well as be an enthusiastic problem solver – Excel should not be a foreign word to you.
• Communication: Consulting means clear communication and enthusiasm – both spoken and visualised in PowerPoint. This means you should have good language economy and the expertise to put content on slides. You can independently conduct substantive discussions with clients.
• Attitude: Appearance and presence are fundamentally important in consulting, but also within the team. For this, it is necessary to be aware of your role, have resilience in changing situations, and be able to handle and give feedback. Our junior colleagues expect guidance from you.
• Proactivity: A consumer attitude has little to do with consulting! Active and independent assumption of project work, deputy management of acquisitions and responsible participation in product (further) development. Contribute to the team and shape your environment.
• Basics: 3-4 years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting environment. Additionally, an above-average successfully completed degree in business administration, natural sciences or humanities/social sciences, preferably with an MBA and/or doctorate. Ideally, you already have experience with generative AI (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). Native-level German skills and fluent English skills are required for our project work.
