As an HR Business Partner, you will support our Bern printing centre (at least 3 days on site) in all personnel and organisational matters. You work close to the operation, understand the challenges of a production-related environment and contribute to the success of the location with professional, pragmatic HR advice.
What to expect:
Advice and support for managers and employees on all HR topics
Responsibility for the entire employee cycle – from recruitment through development and support to departure
Support for individual personnel measures, conflict situations and labour law issues
Support and advice on change processes, reorganisations and personnel planning
Ensuring correct and consistent application of HR policies, collective labour agreements and labour law requirements
Close cooperation with HR Tamedia, the HR Service Centre and other internal interfaces
Participation in HR projects as well as in the further development of processes and instruments
What we are looking for:
Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable generalist HR function
Ideally experience in an industrial, production-related or commercial environment
Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law and high confidence in labour law issues
Enjoy working with different professional groups and management levels
An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as the necessary sensitivity in sensitive situations
Fluent German and very good French skills in spoken and written form; French is mandatory for this role
An HR further education or a degree with a focus on Human Resources
