YOUR TASKS

• Collaboration in the Central BCM Team in maintaining and further developing the global BCM framework based on the BCM lifecycle

• Support of the Global BC Managers by independently handling administrative tasks in all areas of BCM and crisis management

• Coordination, support, and control of the decentralized BCM and crisis management organization as well as other important stakeholders

• Review of completeness, appropriateness, and coherence of the BCM and crisis management documentation per unit and/or location

• Organization, coordination, and evaluation of BCM and crisis management trainings, exercises, and tests

• Support with BCM-related tasks within internal reporting and controlling as well as internal and external audits

• Assistance in building and maintaining an Operational Resilience Framework

Professional and technical qualifications

• Bank apprenticeship or bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of professional experience in the financial industry

• Experienced Excel user and good database knowledge: GRC software knowledge desirable

• Fluent command of German and English, both spoken and written

• Knowledge and practical experience in Business Continuity Management are an advantage
