Type of Work

As an HR Generalist, you will take on a variety of tasks in a small, friendly HR team for around 150 employees across all operational HR areas and also contribute to conceptual/strategic topics/projects. You will advise/support various business units on HR matters, be involved in HR administration, and take on tasks in recruitment/interviewing. Participation in personnel development as well as in various HR projects (e.g. optimisation of HRIS, C&B etc.) and the joint preparation of monthly payroll runs (payroll with an external provider) also form part of your responsibilities. As part of a likeable, dynamic HR team, you are the competent HR contact person from A to Z for your departments/line managers. Contributing to the optimisation of internal HR processes makes your role additionally exciting and varied. Requirements Profile

To master this interesting challenge optimally, you bring the further education as an HR specialist (also conceivable is further education as an HR assistant/administrator combined with many years of relevant professional experience) and have versatile experience in a similar, generalist HR role (e.g. HR specialist, HR generalist) including payroll administration practice. Professional experience from a similar industry (financial sector, fiduciary, real estate etc.) is an advantage but not a requirement. You communicate confidently in German and well in English; additional foreign languages are an advantage. You are proficient in MS Office applications and have already gained practical experience with HRIS (ideally Abacus and/or MS Dynamics). If you are also an open and communicative personality who keeps a cool head even in hectic times, you should apply to us as soon as possible.
