What you will achieve with us

• Competent advice and support for end users on all IT-related questions as well as receiving and processing faults and service requests
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of modern PC workstations, peripheral devices and mobile end devices
• Analysis and resolution of complex technical problems as well as conducting tests for client and standalone applications
• Monitoring, documentation and optimisation of IT services as well as active participation in the continuous improvement of support services
• Support in the introduction and further development of modern IT working methods, especially in the environment of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot and AI-supported solutions

What you bring with you

• Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ or comparable qualification as well as experience in IT support, ideally with ServiceNow
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment as well as interest in Microsoft Copilot, AI-supported technologies and new digital solutions
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as communicative, team-oriented and open-minded personality
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working with high problem-solving skills and openness to change
• Enjoyment in sharing knowledge and actively shaping improvements, as well as flexibility for assignments at various locations and a category B driving licence
