Are you an experienced Product Manager, familiar with e-commerce not just in theory, and eager to take responsibility for products that have a direct daily impact on customer experience, conversion, and revenue?As a Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for key products and processes around the purchase completion of our B2C and B2B customers. This includes, among other things, shopping cart & checkout, integration of payment methods, order confirmation, as well as B2B-specific purchasing processes such as punchout catalogs.
You work in a leadership duo with an experienced Engineering Team Lead and take on product responsibility for the team. Together, you develop the vision, priorities, and strategic direction of the checkout.

What to expect
- Responsibility for the strategic and continuous development of the checkout for B2C and B2B as well as the development of a clear product vision and strategy
- Building and managing an impact-oriented roadmap focusing on customer experience, conversion, and sustainable business impact
- Continuous product discovery together with customers, stakeholders, UX, data, and engineering, from problem identification to validation of suitable solutions
- Rapid development and validation of new solution approaches and hypotheses
- Prioritisation of initiatives based on customer and business impact, data, effort, risks, and strategic relevance
- Use of KPIs, funnel analyses, A/B tests, and experiments to support decisions and measure the impact of changes
- Close collaboration with the Engineering Team Lead in the leadership duo as well as with UX, data, and other specialists in the cross-functional product team
- Active stakeholder management and clear representation of the product area to ensure the team focuses on topics with the greatest added value
What you bring
- Several years of experience as a Senior Product Manager, Product Lead, or in a comparable product role in agile, cross-functional product teams using Scrum or Kanban
- Several years of experience with digital e-commerce products and a good understanding of the underlying customer journey
- Solid experience in deriving a product vision, strategy, and impact-oriented roadmap from customer needs, data, and business goals
- Extensive experience with product discovery, hypothesis formation and validation, as well as prioritisation of complex topics
- Experience with data-driven product development, KPIs, funnel analyses, A/B testing, and experimentation
- Experience in close collaboration with software engineering, UX, and data, as well as good technical understanding of digital products
- Strong communication skills and excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to structure complexity and clearly represent decisions
- Confident use of common AI and LLM tools, good understanding of effective prompting, and the ability to productively integrate AI into your daily work
Advantageous:
- Experience with shopping cart, checkout, payment, or other transactional e-commerce processes
- Experience in both B2C and B2B commerce
- Understanding of APIs, payment integrations, as well as frontend, backend, and third-party systems in e-commerce
- Experience with OKRs and prioritisation approaches such as RICE
- Experience with AI-supported prototyping to quickly develop and validate ideas and solution approaches
