Your tasks:

• Independent processing and handling of customer orders from order receipt to delivery
• Coordination and monitoring of international shipments and delivery dates
• Close cooperation with sales, production, logistics and international locations
• Preparation of delivery notes, invoices, packing lists and other shipping documents
• Organisation and monitoring of international goods deliveries
• Support and advice to customers on questions about orders and deliveries
• Maintenance and updating of customer and order data in the ERP system
• Support in the optimisation of internal workflows and processes

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training (KV EFZ)
• Several years of professional experience in order processing, preferably in an industrial or production company
• Experience in international goods traffic and logistics is an advantage
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• Communicative, resilient and team-oriented personality
