Senior System Engineer | Microsoft & Cloud ? (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You independently implement demanding migration projects in the Microsoft environment and accompany Microsoft 365 from planning through commissioning and migration to consulting.
You design and implement IT systems and networks and ensure their reliable operation. This includes in particular firewalls, switches and access points (APs).
In ongoing operations, you support Remote Desktop Services and actively develop existing RMM and monitoring systems.
In the event of faults in customer systems, you independently analyse the causes and ensure sustainable resolution. You provide technical support both remotely and on site.
Qualifications:
You have completed your training as an IT specialist EFZ, specialising in system technology, and have many years of solid professional experience as a system engineer.
You are familiar with complex IT systems and networks from practice; you also possess sound know-how in Windows Server, client operating systems, virtualisation and cloud technologies.
Customer orientation, resilience and reliability characterise your working style. At the same time, you enrich the team with communication skills, humour and creativity.
Fluent written and spoken German as well as a valid category B driving licence are required.
